Obituary

After many years of living with enormous amounts of pain, Jennifer Marie Knapczyk (nee Meyer) “Jenni” passed away quietly on 21 December, 2021. She now is in God’s kingdom and enjoying the miracle of pain free eternal life. Beloved wife for 23 years of Brian D. Knapczyk; Daughter of Robert and Mary Jane Meyer: Devoted mother of Corey A. Meyer and step mother of Gina (Pete) M. Johnson (nee Knapczyk). Beloved sister to: Stephen (the late Teresa) Meyer, Martha (Kirk) Hessler, Glennon Meyer, and the late Thomas (surviving Shirley) Meyer and Mary Gerard Meyer. Dear Aunt, Cousin and Friend.
Although Jenni’s life ended far too soon, she lived every day with passion and love. She was a “hugger” and would brighten everybody’s day with her good spirits and huge loving heart. She always loved to be warm and near the ocean so Jenni and Brian relocated from St. Louis to Florida in 2018 and made many trips to the local beaches. Jenni was an incredible person in many ways, always helping and comforting others even though she was in great physical pain herself. She lived every day in pain to be with and to support her family. Every day she would say, “ I don’t like pain, pain hurts” to try and make light of the situation.
She was an inspiration to many and instilled the importance of living every single day to its fullest. She will be missed. Services will be private.

I remember Jenni and her "hugs". Growing up, she was quite a bit young than the rest of us, but she always greeted everyone with the best hugs ever. Sending loving prayers to the family during this difficult time. May it bring some comfort to you that she is out of pain now and watching over you.
    Much love,
    Nancy and Bob Campbell

Aunt Jenni was always loving and liked to laugh. I remember her favorite color is purple. I remember being silly with her when I was younger and as an adult. I think of her every time I see the leopard rug she made that is now hanging in my daughters room. I will miss her and glad she is no longer in pain and she is in good company in heaven.
