Obituary
Jeremiah Leroy Tindle, Sr., 66, of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, passed away on January 30, 2022.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Baldwin Brothers New Smyrna Beach.
Baldwin Brothers New Smyrna Beach has been entrusted.
Jeremiah Leroy Tindle was born August 30, 1955 to Stella Mae Tindle and Leroy Tindle in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Jere was one of eleven children. He attended school in New Smyrna Beach and participated in Job Corps out of High School. When he returned home, he was blessed with a job at Florida East Coast Railroad as a welder. He worked in this position until retirement.
Jere was a quiet guy, but he loved music and nice cars. He was married to Belva Jean Miller Tindle (predeceased). They were divorced before she passed away.
On the morning of January 30, 2022, Jeremiah transitioned to his new home in glory.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Stella Tindle; children, Janitrah “Jan” Daley (Anthony), his only son, Jeremiah “Lil Jere” Tindle Jr., Candace “Candy” Griffin (Matt), Lawanda Jones and Tiamiya Tindle.; grandchildren Michaylah J. Kiel, Tushawn A. Smith II, Aniah, Kaliyah, Dajah, Elijah, Noah, Tammarion, Lamaj, and Raheem Jr.; great grandchildren Kaylani Grice and Keysen Smith; siblings Roberta “Bee” Freeman, Rhea “Bae” Booth, Nathaniel “Pete” Tindle, Joseph “Paul” Tindle, David McBride (Christa), Willie Truitt (April), Jessie “Mae” Patrick (James) and Stevie “Steve” Tindle; devoted uncle Earl Martin and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Jeremiah was predeceased by his father, Leroy Tindle; brothers, Carl “Super Chicken” Murray and Lamonte Tindle; uncles James “JT” Martin, Willie Martin and Carl Johnson.
