Jerry was my dear neighbor on McCully Street in Pittsburgh. He was one of the smartest, kindess, and funniest men I ever met. I can picture him sitting on his porch and studying and psychoanalyzing me and my 3 kids. He craved the sunshine. Even when it was 20 degrees out during a Pittsburgh winter, if the sun came out I knew I'd see Jerry bundled up, sitting in a folding chair in his driveway soaking up the rays. And his great laugh, you could hear it all the way to Florida. Condolences to Maggie and his daughters and grandchildren. Burt Nydes
