Obituary

Joann Eisley Gidday, 89, of Maitland, Florida passed away at Hospice of the Comforter on August 20, 2018. Joann was born in Detroit, MI to Edgar Bernnhardt and Alice Mae Walker Eisley. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan and UCF. She was a CPA and comptroller with Health Central Hospital. She is survived by her  four children: Robert Gidday of Aurora, Colorado, Tom Gidday of Kalispell, Montana, Linda Marcum of Florisant, Colorado and Janet Gidday of Orlando, Florida. Joann will be cremated and placed with her husband in Arlington National Cemetery.

    Joann and I worked together at Health Central for many years. I just learned of her death. She was, by far, the best and most efficient "person of numbers" I ever had the pleasure and privilege to work with. We also shared the same birthday--Jan 3rd. All are in thought and prayer.
