Obituary
Joel T. Tuscan, 79, of Wildwood, FL, passed away June 11, 2024. Joel was a member of New Life Christian Church in Wildwood. He was raised in Harlan, IN and lived and worked in Fort Wayne, IN. Joel was a U.S. Army veteran and saw active combat in Vietnam. He was a journeyman plumber/pipe fitter with over sixty years service in the United Association with Fort Wayne Local 166. He was a life-member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association and a former member of the Fort Wayne G-Scale Model Railroad Club, Joel also enjoyed fishing, boating, and metal detecting.
Joel was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph T. Tuscan and Lucelle L. Tuscan, along with his brother Richard J. Tuscan. He is survived by his wife Lynn A. Tuscan (Darby), his daughter Krista L. Hamman, and his three grandsons Michael, James and Ryan Herman.
The Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 19, 2024, at New Life Christian Church, 4701 E. County Road 462, Wildwood, FL 34785, at 10 a. m. The internment will commence at 12:30 p. m. at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials to New Life Christian Church Building Expansion Fund.








I love you daddy! Until we meet again...
I was very sad to hear of Joes passing, I known Joe for a very long time, and he was a very good friend to us we grew up together on the same street for a long time and had some very good times as kids . And stayed friend though the years , I was so glad that I got to have lunch with Joe and Lynn when they were in Harlan the last time , my prayers are for the family , may God bless each of you at this difficult time .
