John Edward Rubincan 65, of Palm Coast died Sunday, March 6, 2016 with his family by his side.  John was born April 1, 1950 in Wilmington, Delaware to Madeline and the late John Rubincan.  He was loved by his family and will be missed.  Private services will be held
