Obituary
John Thomas Nelson, 74, of Bushnell went to be with the Lord on November 5, 2016. He was born to his loving parents Eda Mahan and Harry Nelson on February 2, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN. John spent a short time in the Navy but eventually would get out and start a loving family of his own. He was very active in the Bikers Church of Lake Panasoffekke and the Christian Motorcycle Association. He loved restoring Old Cars and Hot Rods, Boating, fishing, camping and fellowship with friends and Family. John is survived by his loving wife Mary Lou Nelson of 54 years; daughter, Christine (Bob) Haberle and son, John Nelson. His surviving grandchildren include Ryan Bickley, Amanda Jennings, Kaitlyn Haberle, Jacob Nelson and Jarrett Nelson. John had 5 great grandchildren; Carter Bickley, Lucia Bickley, Cecelia Bickley, Easton Jennings and Annabelle Gamache and finally a sister, Lorena Oaks; two brothers, Richard Nelson and Jimmy (Sandy) Nelson.
