Johnnie Joyce McFarland, 78, of Cape Coral, FL, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022. Joyce was born January 20, 1944 in Ellisville, MS to Justina Ellzey and John Henry McFarland.  She was a loving and devoted mother and sister and was preceded in death by her parents and son Ronald Keith (Ronnie), two sisters, Gloria Jean Iwaniszek (Steve), and Brenda Blanchford.

Survivors include her daughter, Robin Crystal, her sisters Gwen Childers (Larry), Shirley Miller, Vanna Carroll (Tony), Leslie Stieffel (Louis) and Tina Taylor (Russell), her brothers Kenneth McFarland, Wayne McFarland and Ernie McFarland (Pam), her grandchildren, Christi Nash and Nikki Karst (Mark), and great-grandchildren, Fern, Harlin, Cadence, Lyric, and Willa Mae.

Joyce enjoyed her work in photography as a printer.  She loved playing Scrabble and sewing. She made and distributed mermaid dolls that are currently being loved by many children everywhere.

Services will be Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hope Hospice Chapel, 2430 Diplomat Parkway E., Cape Coral, FL 33909. In lieu of flowers, a monitorial donation may be made to Hope Hospice.
