John R. Steuer, age 74, died of Complications of COVID pneumonia on January 28, 2021 in the Orlando VA Hospital.

John is survived by his Sister, Anna Merrigan of Bensalem, PA; his Son, Jim of Ocoee, FL and his wife, Nancy; his Daughter, Kelly of Cocoa. John was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 23rd 1946, to parents Frank and Nellie Steuer.

John was the Superhero of dads! A great family man and a loving father.  He married Janet in October so many years ago, and the couple had 3 children.  John is Super Special when it comes to his Son, Jim and a better father could not have been asked for.

Dad was a social, active man who was deeply involved in helping anyone who needed help, always there with a smile and a car full of tools.  His family and friends will always remember him as a Man with a generous spirit, loving heart and warm friendly demeanor.

A service will be scheduled for the Summer to allow time for everyone who wants to be there to make arrangements that will allow them to feel safe and remain healthy.  Details to be announced when the service is scheduled.  All are welcome to attend and celebrate John’s life.  The family can not thank everyone enough for the outpouring of love and support from John’s military family and his friends.  There will be a celebration of life after the service at John’s home in Canaveral Groves.
