Joe was one of the best people I’ve ever met in my entire life even to this day. He and his entire family welcomed me in their lives with open arms, and that is something that always stays with me. Joe never failed to reach out and wish a merry Christmas, happy birthday, Thanksgiving. Always sharing with me parts of the lives of his kids and grandkids that he’s loved so so much. It always warmed my heart to know that he kept me part of his family. I only wish we had more time. I’m late at hearing the news of Joe leaving this world but I know 100% that he has left his mark on the world. And a good one. Joe was kind, caring and selfless and there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for the ones he loved. Joe i will greatly miss you… until we meet again.

Joe Simplicio was a great friend, an always helpful co-worker and most of all a loving Husband and Father! Joe's family and friends were always extremely important to him. Joe and I worked to together on many different projects over the years, mostly at JAF. Joe was always there when you needed help or his counsel. I also had the pleasure of having lunch many times with Joe, he always found the best restaurants off the beaten path with great food.
Joe will be greatly missed by all the people he touched in this world. Joe was always there for others, and never, well - maybe rarely complained. This is a sad day, but remember the good times with Joe - there were many. One great memory I have of Joe and his family is the day they helped me move. Joe's whole family was there and we got Taco Bell for lunch, I think my wife bought out the place... but Joe was happy - his sons too - with the taco's not the moving!!
I will miss Joe, miss those phone calls out of the blue! A true friend. Goodbye Joe. I miss you!
