Obituary
Joyce Elaine Campbell age 92, passed away at home in Orlando Florida October 16, 2020. She was born September 1, 1928 in Berkley Michigan to the late James and Ruby Cannon.
She graduated form Lakeview High School, St. Clair Shores Michigan, Married her sweetheart Jay D. Campbell Jr. on January 24, 1948. They lived and raised their 4 children in St. Clair Shores.
A loving and devoted wife and mother, Joyce was active in the church choir – enjoyed singing, dancing, golfing, cards, and a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Jefferson Chapter #489.
In 1985 they moved to Johnstown NY and then became snowbirds, going to Florida every winter. In 2013 they moved to Florida permanently.
Joyce is survived by her daughters Cathleen (Mark) Warner Orlando Fl, Ellen (Chuck) Royal Decataur Alabama, son Jay D. (Catherine) Campbell III Colonie NY. Grandchildren Stephen (Kristine) Mraz, Scott (Nicole) Mraz, Shawn Warner, Ryan (Katie) Warner, Katie and Rebecca Royal, Alyssa Campbell and Christopher Sherwin. Great Grandchildren Brandon and Meghan Mraz, Karagan Warner, Bryson Warner. Sister Judy Nelson St. Clair Shores Michigan.
Predeceased by her husband Jay (2016), daughter Deborah Mraz-Rice (2018) and sisters Marilyn Shrader and Sharon MacBain.
Joyce will be interred with her soulmate Jay – Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims Florida.
