Obituary

Juan Santos Jr. a beloved son, brother, and friend to many.
On Saturday, November 14, 2020, Juan’s life was unexpectedly cut short at the age of 58 in Davenport, Florida.
Juan was born on December 31, 1961 in Miami, Florida. He grew up in West Grove, Pennsylvania before relocating to Florida in the 1980’s where he attended Southeastern Academy.
Juan was a banquet server at the Walt Disney World Company for 39 years. He enjoyed rock concerts, riding his motorcycle, and cheering on his Philadelphia Eagles. He also enjoyed spending time with family and his many friends.
We will always remember his infectious smile and caring personality. His presence in our lives will be sorely missed.
Juan is preceded in death by his father Juan Santos Sr. and survived by his beloved mother Elida Hanson, his brother Jose Santos, and his sisters Teresa Lindamood and Elida Santos – Muniz, along with many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held at 15738 C.R. 48 Astatula, Florida on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 10 a.m.
We will be practicing social distancing and following all state mandates for mask requirements.

Juan was a very kind and loving friend that I have the privilege to come to know and love as a friend. He will be remembered as a good friend on the Empress Lilly boat. The banquet crew we all grew to love and depend on on the boat.

I just know you are hanging out with Alan in heaven with a beer in hand. You were all about your friends and living life to the fullest. Everyone knew everyone through you! Damn we had some great rides! May we all live a little more, care a little more, laugh a little more and not take life too seriously like you. Ride free forever my friend. Karen

A bigger heart have few other men. We have been blessed with Juan’s friendship and are the fortunate bearers of memories with him. Now he rests, and in our prayers we ask his rest be peaceful and that one day we will find each other in our Lord’s presence. We love you Juan, and we will honor your life by never forgetting you and how you loved everyone of us. Until we meet again brother.

My Dearest Juan, I have a special place in my heart where I will carry you forever. I cherished our friendship and all the amazing times we had riding our motorcycles, going to concerts, taking trips, or just hanging out on rainy days watching movies or playing pool. You were always smiling and your laugh was infectious. I miss you more than any words can relay. I love you, Juannie. My sincerest condolences to your family and all who loved you.

I will miss you buddy, The times we had in the old days riding around in the charger you had and then later the Mustang and my AMX. We had a fun rivalry too. All the good times going out to the drag strip and hanging out with your brother and sister, Joe. We have not seen each other of late because our circumstances but I will never forget you , all the way back when you lived off of Lake Brantley Rd and we used to take your go cart out to see how fast we could get it going. Your a special person and will be missed.
