Obituary
Judith spent her life caring for others. She was a strong advocate for animal welfare, known to bring home dogs and birds in need of a loving home. She enjoyed singing, dancing, Broadway music, and spent time as a ballet dancer. She later became a nurse, which speaks volumes about her love for people and their well-being. Becoming a wife to her husband, Clifton, and mother to her three children (Carissa, Daniel and Eric) was always a huge source of joy. Even when her children reached adulthood, she would try to keep the magic of Christmas alive, as her daughter remembers waking up in the middle of the night to Judy proclaiming, “Santa was here!”
Judy’s husband, Clifton, has also left his physical body since her passing, as has her beloved brother, Joe. She is survived by children Carissa (Ryan), grandson Luke Dawson (born after her passing); Daniel (Angelica), step-grandchildren Erik and Sophia, and grandson Daniel Jr; and Eric (Shawn); sisters-in-law Paula and Deb, whom have offered so much love and support to her children; niece Isabel; and beloved cousins.
Judy is remembered for her big heart, sense of humor, and as being full of acceptance and love. While she is no longer physically here, the way she parented her children and the values instilled live on in them and her grandchildren. She strived for and succeeded in being a voice for those without one.
She will be forever loved and missed.
Love, Carissa
