Obituary

Judith Marie (Judi) DeHays, 74, of Fort Myers Beach, died October 16, 2017. She was the Loving wife for 51 years to Larry DeHays, and she was mother to sons Douglas and Derrick, and grandmother to Tanner, Wesley, Malorie, Alex and Erin. Judi was a Registered Nurse, she worked for many years in surgery with Dr. John Kagan and others.  She loved to travel, she loved boating, she loved her family and friends, she loved life.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.     Judi has always been special to our family. Her warmth, her sense of humor, her joy and her laughter always made us feel welcome. We will cherish our memories of times together on Guam and in Florida. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.     Judi was one of the most fun people I ever met. Her laughter, joy at everything, even sometimes goofy things was contagious. She was also a fabulous wine maker. I am so very sorry she had to leave us so early.
