Born on February 2, 1945 in Bristol, England; she was the daughter of the late William Phinney and Mary (Prizio) Phinney.
She was the widow of the late Earl Konopky. Although never married again she was the loving partner of Barry Atkins of Port Orange, FL.

Her grandchildren Christopher Daigle, Alysha Daigle, Brittany Daigle, Nicholas Holden; Of East Providence, RI and Noelle Bisignano of Cranston, RI. Kathy enjoyed life to the fullest! Her days were well spent between shopping, spending time at the beach, or just going out for dinner and “people watch” as she liked to call it.
There will be no service at this time. A celebration of life will be held for family at a later date. The family asks that no flowers be sent, instead feel free to make a donation to the American Lung Association in Kathleen’s honor.

May my dear friend for more than 70 Years Rest In Peace. She will be missed, we had many adventures growing up in Cranston, our birthdays were exactly 2 months apart me being the oldest and she reminded me of it every chance she got. We were also both born in England even dated some of the same High School guys, we had a really great friendship which included the weddings, births, and of lately funerals of our family’s and loved ones.
Until we meet again my friend.
    Susan
