Kenneth H. Brown, 86, of New Smyrna Beach died Friday, April 30, 2010 at Bert Fish Medical Center. Kenny was born September 14, 1923 in Indianapolis, IN to Christopher and Leona (Sink) Brown. He graduated from the Arsenal Tech High School and entered into the US Navy in 1942 serving his country for three years during WW II. He served in the CCC (Civilian Conservation Camp). Kenny retired from Eli Lilly Company after 35 years . He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, but most of all loved to play and watch golf. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert E. Brown, sisters, Florence, Thelma and Shirley. Kenny is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Fran; children, Joyce (Jim) Bandy of Indianapolis, IN, Paula (Larry) Fagersten of Greenwood, IN, Michael (Lisa) Miller of McCordsville, IN, Linda Warden of MS, Teresa Robbins of New Smyrna Beach and Dolly Tomkins of Starksville, MS; 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; brother, Gerald Brown and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held 5-7 PM, Tuesday, May 4, 2010 with a toast at 6:00 PM at the American Legion, Post 17, 619 W. Canal Street, New Smyrna Beach
