Obituary
Kenneth “Kenny” Clayton Kelly passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 in Daytona Beach, Florida. He was born on April 6, 1981 in Greenville, South Carolina to parents David Kelly and Cheryl Rowland. He grew up in the small town of Liberty, South Carolina, where he played Football for Liberty Middle School and was on the Track Team at Liberty High School, where he attended.
Every summer, Kenny and his family would visit Florida and he loved going to St. Augustine. He loved the history of St. Augustine and made many memories there. Later he would travel to Chicago, where he was very fond of the brisket there; he enjoyed barbecuing and cooking. He also later lived in Oklahoma for a little while before moving to Pennsylvania where he worked in the Crayola Crayon Factory. Kenny loved to go fishing, playing video games, motorcycles, and bicycling. He was also a big fan of the Clemson Tigers. His favorite thing that loved was spending time with his friends and family.
Kenny was a good person with a big heart. He loved to joke around and cut up. He was known for being generous, kindhearted, outgoing, likable, loving, tender hearted and he loved to help others. Kenny will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Kenny was predeceased by his grandparents, Marvin Clayton Kelly and Lucille Chapman Kelly, and Paul Porter and Helen Porter. Kenny is survived by his father, David Clayton Kelly, his mother, Cheryl Porter Rowland, his brother Christopher Paul Kelly, and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
A Visitation will be held at 11:00am, followed by the Celebration of Life Funeral Service at 12:00pm at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 1185 W. Granada Blvd. #11, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Graveside services will be reconvened at 1:30pm at Woodland Cemetery, 399 Orange Ave., Port Orange, FL 32127.
