Obituary

Kenneth Ray Lewis, 70, of The Villages, Florida passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. Survivors include wife Nancy Lewis; a daughter and son, and five grandchildren. Ken was a member of New Covenant United Methodist Church.   He was an avid softball player, enjoyed water volleyball and was a member of numerous clubs. Memorials may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, https://donate.cshospice.org/.

    So sorry to hear of Ken's passing, My deepest sympathy to Nancy and family. We have lots of fond memories of their time with Springfield Newcomers Club, especially when the hosted the annual Halloween costume party. Fair winds my friend.

    Nancy so sorry for your loss. We were shocked to see this in the Chatham Clarion. We always enjoyed the times we had with you and Ken in Springfield Newcomers. What a fun couple you were.

    The Katy Trail isn't the same since Ken and Nancy moved to Florida. I have many memories of Ken and cherish each one of them. Ken was a very kind man and always so enjoyable to talk to during my walks. My deepest sympathy to Nancy! Prayers!

    We have known Ken and Nancy since they moved into the village we lived in. We will remember Ken for his great sense of humor and his smile. Rest in peace dear Ken....

    Ken and I were members of the Hallsville High School Class of 1965(34members). I had know ken since 3rd grade. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I have a lot of fond members of times when we were young. Best wishes to all his friends and relations.
