    Dear Monte,
I am so pleased with your secrets you shared with me. I too will take these to my grave, as well.
I will miss you. The many hours at Panera with you and Henry gave to me an outlook of life I have cherished.

Monte was a dear friend to me and my family. We cherished his yearly treks to Munich where we always met up. I met Monte at a street cafe in Munich around 2002 and after a few minutes of talking we both learned that we were Disney guys, I an animator and he a Disney World Park creator. I had actually lived in Orlando and worked at the MGM park from 1992-1995. My family loved Monte! He will be sorely missed. I thank him for being in our lives.

Monte’s Mother and my maternal grandmother Helen Liebe were sisters. I haven’t seen him in many years, and was concerned when he didn’t answer my Christmas card. Thought I’d google his name, and that’s how I found out he died. What a sad way to find out. He was an awesome man and used to visit me in Sturgeon Bay. We had met him a couple times in Florida at Disney World and had a great time with him. Wish there would have been a relative that would have reached out to us.So very sad to have missed his funeral. Monte, you have been missed, and I’ll always fondly remember you!!
