Lewis Small Co. in Elwood.  After moving to Florida, she continued her education and worked in the banking and accounting industry.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 25 years.  Left to cherish her memory, her children, Todd (Kim) Watkins, NC, Cherie (Jason) Watkins McCarthy, FL, and Pamela Watkins Kelley, FL; seven grandchildren, Amber Watkins, FL, Jason (Rachael) Watkins, SC, Heather (Bobby) Kelley Dicks, FL, James and Sean McCarthy, FL, Emily Broadstreet, VA, Elizabeth Conley, VA; eight great grandchildren; brother, Gar Hoover, IN, and sister, Nancey Hoover McClure, TX.  She was also preceded in death by her companion of 13 years, Jim Cain.  The celebration of LaDonne’s life journey will be held at Colonial Colony South Clubhouse, 1275 Beville Rd.
