Obituary
Larry Anderson, 77 years of age, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020 in Oxford, Florida.
Larry was born near St.Paul MN on February 10, 1943, the oldest of five children. Surviving siblings are Lori (Mike) Ignesiank and Mark Anderson. Deceased are parents June and Merle Anderson, brothers Roger Anderson and Rick Anderson.
After high school graduation in South Florida in 1961, Larry studied and graduated computer science training and had a career working mostly in South Florida. He worked from home after moving to The Villages until retiring.
Larry is remembered by his five children as a great father who took the time to coach many sports as they grew to adulthood. Surviving are Larry (Linda) Anderson JR, Tom Anderson, Karen (Bryan) Henry, Tami (Justin) Taylor, and Michael Anderson plus many grandchildren.
Additionally, Larry is survived by loving wife Cindy and a special cat, Missy. Together they enjoyed Village life.
Larry enjoyed working as a video technician, playing bells, and volunteering at his church; playing percussion in Village bands, riding his bike, playing golf, helping in Village social groups, making many friends along the way.
No memorial service is planned at this time.
