Obituary
On August 6th 2023, Laura Ann Troup-Fantino gained her heavenly wings and is flying high with
the angels. Her final days were surrounded by family and friends, and the family finds peace in
her passing, as they had the time to say goodbye and know she is no longer suffering.
Born in San Diego, CA July 30th 1955 to Charles and Ann Troup, Laura was a beautiful woman
who left her mark on everyone she met. She devoted her life to taking care of others so
selflessly. She loved her family, and her grandchildren were her absolute world. She is survived
by her mother Ann Sobieszczyk from Lompoc, CA,husband Mark Fantino from Titusville Florida,
brother Dan Troup and his wife Carrie from Santa Maria, CA and Craig Troup from Prescott, AZ,
daughter Cara Price Zimmerman from Phoenix,AZ and daughter Kristen Price from Titusville,
FL. Step children who she loved dearly Ryan Fantino and his wife Danielle from Titusville, FL
and Gina Gumieny and her husband Daniel from Titusville, FL. Her grandchildren, Corben
Martin, Josef Mosher, Aiden Mosher, Carsen Martin, Mason Zimmerman, Audrey Zimmerman,
Evie Zimmerman, Anessa Fantino, Elyssia Fantino, Gavin and Ava Gumieny. She is
predeceased by her father Charles Troup.
While her family grieves her loss, they are choosing to remember Laura in a way that honors her
spirit. Her children Kristen and Cara and her husband Mark invite the community to join them in
a Celebration of Life Ceremony. It will take place at Best Western Hotel in Titusville, FL, where
she dedicated so much of her time and heart too, on Saturday, September 9th at 2pm. Funeral
services will be held in October in Lompoc, CA where she will be laid to rest.
