Lauren Kathleen Dombrowski, 30, of Edgewater FL passed away July 17, 2021.  She was born January 4, 1991, in West Allis, Wisconsin. Lauren attended St. Sylvester Catholic School in South Milwaukee, WI; South Milwaukee Middle School, South Milwaukee, WI; Round Rock H.S. in Round Rock, TX; New Smyrna Beach High School.  Lauren was a member of the Girl Scouts in South Milwaukee, WI.  She played volleyball and basketball.  Lauren was an animal lover, enjoyed propagating plants, watching scary movies, and was a practical joker.  Her beautiful smile and wonderful, infectious laugh were only surpassed by her exceptional intelligence.  Lauren was a lover of all desserts, whether it was a chocolate cake, mixed-berry pie, or anything in between.  She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and granddaughter.  Left to cherish her memory are her children; Brody, Jessi and Kroy; her parents, Ronald (Christina) Dombrowski and Joyce (Thomas) Aiken; brother Bryan Dombrowski and sister Mariah Dombrowski; sister-in-law Erica Dombrowski; nephews Drake and Barrett; fiancé Troy D. Watson; step-brothers Kyle Dexter, Casey Dexter, and Shane Aiken and Dog mom of Jinx. There were numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Lauren was preceded in death by her beloved Grandpa Frank Dombrowski, Grandmother Margie Wilson, Grandfather Raymond Gatlin, Sr.  Special dogs were PepperAnne and Missy.  A Celebration of Lauren’s life will be held 2:00pm July 27, 2021, at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach, FL.  The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm prior the service.
