Obituary

Lawrence Forkes, Sr., 70, of Ocala, FL, passed away January 9, 2015. He was born on October 10, 1944 in San Francisco,CA. Lawrence was a financial consultant in the real estate business. He moved to Ocala from Jacksonville in 2009. Lawrence loved fishing. He is survived by his wife, Delores, children, Lawrence Forks, Jr., Jennifer Wiggins, Natalie Forks, Jonathan Forks, siblings, Phillip, William, David, Robert, Bessie, and eight grandchildren. He will be missed by many family and friends.

    We didn't always get along , and I know at times that I was not the best daughter. But you were one of the greatest men I have ever known..I wish I could have told you that while you were here . I love you Dad . And even though the selfishness in me wishes you were still here now ..I know you're in a better place " And he shall wipe out every tear from their eye ..and death shall be no more, no will mourning ,nor outcry nor pain be anymore..the former things shall pass away."
