Obituary
Born on May 23, 1949, Lee Ann Parker Struckman passed into eternal life on August 2, 2023. In Englewood, FL She grew up in Bakersfield, California with her parents Eleanor and Clyde Parker. After graduating from high school, Lee joined the Army as a WAC (Woman Army Corps). There she met her husband (since divorced) and they had one child, Heidi Faulkner. Since childhood, Lee loved to sew and crochet, which she taught to all who had an interest. Later on she picked up a love of computers and creating ideas on Veteran forums or discussion boards.
Lee leaves behind her long time partner and love of her life, Dennis Halpin, her daughter, Heidi, and many grandchildren and step-grandchildren, all of whom she loved and treated as her own. She was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She left this life too early after struggles with her health and she will be missed by all who knew her. Lee’s ashes will be placed next to her parents, Eleanor and Clyde Parker, in Bakersfield, CA.
