Obituary

Lennie M. Hall, 100 of Edgewater died Saturday, April 23, 2011 with her niece and nephew by her side.  Lennie was born August 2, 1910 in Salem, Indiana.  She worked for Magnovox for many years before moving to Edgewater with her husband in 1970 from Ft. Wayne, IN.  Lennie was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Smyrna Beach for numerous years where she was active in many church groups and activities.  She was an avid bridge player and loved to travel.  Lennie was known to her for delicious baked goods as well as, a Great Cook.  Whenever Lennie was in the kitchen her family knew, “If it came from Aunt Lennie it would be scrumptious”.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Emerson Hall in 1974.  Lennie is survivied by sister, Eldora Knight; nieces, Freda and her husband, Richard Moraros and Helen DeWeese; nephew, Bruce Mason and three great nephews, Anthony and Mark Johnson and Curtis Meyer.  Memorial dontations are suggested to Hospice of Volusia Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129 Services will be held12:00PM, Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 1 N. Causeway, New Smyrna Beach.  Friends and family will share stories from 10 -12 Noon, Wednesday, April 27, 2011 before service time at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 1 N. Causeway, New Smyrna Beach. Crown Hill Cemetery, Salem, Indiana
