Obituary

Leoma R. Stewart passed away peacefully on Saturday January 13th, 2024 at the age of 86 with her beloved daughter Bonnie by her side.

Leoma, known as Lee to most, was born on July 6th, 1937 in Seattle, WA to Fred and Bernice Savage. Lee met the love of her life Thomas Stewart and together they raised two daughters. Graced with natural beauty and a shining personality, Lee would go on to live a life full of love and adventure.

After retiring from United Space Alliance in 2011, she found pleasure in spending time with family and friends, traveling, and as a member of the Red Hat Society. Lee was known to make a mean cheesecake, but as threatened, has taken her top-secret recipe to the grave.  She loved sweet tea, Chinese buffets, and a good card game, but nothing brought her more joy than her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Leoma was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sisters Anita, Betty, & Anna Marie, as well as her eldest daughter Deborah, 2 grandsons, and 1 great grandson. She is survived by her daughter Bonnie, grandchildren, Amanda, Rose, Erin, & Earl and great grandchildren Anthony, Lucas, Christopher, Sofia, Isabel, Dalton, & Henry.
