I will remember Leonard fondly as he was my mother, Esther's, cousin. He wrote her beautiful, interesting letters full of the praise of the Lord. We visited with him and his wife at my mother's house in Wisconsin many years ago and had a wonderful time of laughter and fellowship. My mother and my sister, Ellen, visited with them in Michigan when they resided there. My mother was always so encouraged by his beautiful writing. I regret that we had lost touch in the ensuing years but he will be remembered with affection and appreciation. He was a dear, sweet brother in the Lord.

Leonard was married to my sister, Linda. They were married for over 40 years & loved each other very much. We had so much fun together when I would come in from Grand Rapids to see & stay with them. They were so good to me & took me to Church & different places to see, in the Villages, Fl. I will miss him, but will see him in heaven; I know how much he loved the Lord! He will be in heaven with my husband, Larry who passed away over 2 years ago. Much love & prayers to the family.
