Leslie Harold Sebo, 79, former resident of New Smyrna Beach, FL, died Wednesday, March 20, 2013. He was born in Madelia, Minnesota, and came to New Smyrna Beach in 2001 from the Minneapolis, MN, area. He served our nation in the US Army and was a retired insurance underwriter. Les enjoyed New Smyrna Beach as his “found home” during the past ten years. His many acquaintances and notoriety as a “regular” at the Beacon Restaurant made his life a joy and his spirit happy.
Les is survived by a sister Joyce (Sebo) Poulter, nephews and nieces Steve Poulter, Alice Poulter, David Poulter, Will Sebo, Mike Sebo, sister-in-law Nancy Sebo and seven grandnieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering for Les at will be 2 pm Monday, April 8, at the Beacon Restaurant, 416 Flagler Ave., New Smyrna Beach, where Les and his friends hung out.
Memorial gifts are requested to the First Presbyterian Church in his hometown (P.O. Box 156, Madelia, MN 56062).
