I remember the last time I saw you as if it were yesterday. We spent the day driving around in your Mazda, we stopped at our favorite bars, saw a couple bands, and headed home at 2:00am. I had to push your car down W. Thomas St to jump start it.. and you drove off. 10 years as best friends, band mates, soul mates. The next morning you left for the Army and I left for the University of Maine. I had always hoped that we would meet again. May you Rest In Peace my friend.

As a fellow bus driver I once drew a blank in remembering Lincoln’s name and called him Jefferson at least recalling it was also a presidents name, he laughed and was not offended. His was a beautifully humble presence of playful kindness of genuine interest and caring ness. He compassionately listened and responded optimistically with his warm smile which accompanied every greeting near or far!! I will truly miss seeing him at work and have absolutely been changed for the better having known him. May the peace that passes all understanding continue to comfort his family In peace he served - in peace he has returned! Thank you my friend!

Friends like Lincoln don’t come around often. A hug, a smile or a laugh he was never without and will be horribly missed. He spoke often of his family and how proud he was of each of his daughters. Was full of concern, empathy and reassurances for my moms surgery recovery. He was a part of my world through work for Seminole County and how lucky I am to call Lincoln my friend! My heart and thoughts are with you all!

Breaks my heart to know that Lincoln will no longer be with us. He was an awesome person, it was always a pleasure speaking with him. One of most humble and kindest person I have ever met. It was an honor working him with me in my area and having him on my team. Always took the time to say hello with a great smile. To the family my sincere and deepest condolences for your loss.

OMG I can't believe that Lincoln is gone! From the first day we met at the Winter Springs Compound he became a part of my family. I'm still in shock at this time and will be needing some time to process this. However, I take comfort in knowing that he's probably hanging out with Judah right now and all of our loved ones that have crossed the Great Divide. May God grant the family peace and comfort as we celebrate Lincoln's life, and reflect on all of our memories shared with him! AMEN
