Obituary
Linda Dardis Dickler, aged 70, passed away peacefully at her home in Largo, Florida, surrounded by her loving family and held in prayer by dear friends. She succumbed to cancer after a brief diagnosis.
Born in Queens, New York, and raised in New Jersey, Linda was an exceptional student, graduating from East Orange Catholic High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and her Master of Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Linda embarked on a successful career in computer technologies before choosing to become a homemaker to raise her three beloved children.
An avid reader and devoted caregiver, Linda was known for her sharp wit, vibrant personality, kindness, and intellect. Her steadfast faith was the foundation of her life.
Linda was predeceased by her parents, Dr. Alfred and Mrs. Jean Springsteen Dardis, and her brother, Brian Dardis. She is survived by her three children: Christine Veillon, Jennifer Delarosa, Michael Dickler, and her granddaughters Lucy and Ruth Veillon. She is also survived by her siblings: Maureen Powers, Alfred Dardis, Eileen Dardis, Gina Kotzer, and Bobby Dardis, many nieces and nephews, and her aunt, Linda Springsteen.
Linda’s legacy of tenacious love will continue to inspire all who knew her. A private memorial service will be held to honor her life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, reflecting Linda’s generosity and devotion.
