Linda M. Diamond, (AKA Jules) 66 of Edgewater died Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Bert Fish Medical Center. Mrs. Diamond was born September 13, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA. Jules made friends wherever she went, and is survived by many devoted people who are grateful to have known her. On any given day in her life before she was ill, she could be found feeding birds at the beach, having coffee in one of the local shops, or scouring the flea markets for bargins. She was a member of the United Church of Christ, Washington St., New Smyrna Beach and also a member of the Edgewater VFW. She was past president of the howemowners association of the Blue Gables Mobile Home Park, where she lived until her hospitalization. She was a lover of jazz, art, good food, the beach, anything French, and the 40's and 50's.
Jules had a particular fondness for animals, and can best be honored by donations to the Southeast Volusia Humane Society, 1200 S. Glencoe Rd., New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168
