One of my first transactions was with Miss Linda - she was one of the most professional realtors I have ever worked with. I was blown away that she got 4%, the owner shampooed the carpets, left a gift for my buyers and a wonderful letter. I told her then how impresses I was and she just smiled and said she had some great clients. She was a special lady - always willing to help others. Good-bye Linda, your presence will be missed.
