Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that the family of Linda Joy Sirois announces her passing on December 10, 2020. Linda was born in Dover, NH on June 9, 1947 to Henry and Judith (Lacroix) Cote.
Linda was employed as a Secretary at Clarostat in Dover, NH and later as an Executive Assistant to Larry Day at Edward Jones in Portsmouth, NH. She moved to Florida in 2003 with her husband Walker and became employed with Edward Jones in Ormond Beach. She was an avid New England sports fan and she enjoyed playing golf, pickleball, bike riding and preparing special meals for holiday celebrations which always had her unique touch.
To say her middle name is Joy is most appropriate because that is what she brought to every person who knew her. Everyone who met her knew she was a gift. A very loving soul who was kind, generous, and always ready to lend her time and hand to anyone in need. Her family was most important to her and she loved each and every one of us, the glue that kept us all together. She has left us heartbroken but to honor her memory, we will all strive to measure up to her footsteps.
She was predeceased by her husband, Walker Sirois and her brother, Bruce Cote. She is survived by her sister, Donna (Ron) Fabian, Dover NH. Niece Christine Fabian and partner Amy Letourneau, Vermont. Nephew Stephen Fabian and partner Sue Dubois, Dover NH. Daughters Heidi-Sirois (Carmen) Trusso, Ormond Beach, Florida. Holly Sirois (Jeff Stankatis) Canterbury, NH. Granddaughters, Cherise Cowoski and Hannah Cowoski, Ormond Beach, Florida. Sister-in-law Cynthia Scott, Daytona Beach, Florida. Her companion, Steve Crovello and her beloved pets Teddy, Sugar and Rusty.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes 1014 N. Halifax Ave Daytona Beach, Florida at 11:00am on December 22,2020.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to an Animal Rescue League or local Humane Society.
