Obituary

Linda Annette Wallace, 74, of Punta Gorda , FL, embarked on her heavenly journey and gained her angel wings on November 4, 2024. Linda was Born on June 20, 1950, in Ft Myers, Fl. Linda’s life was marked by the deep connections she forged with those around her and her abundant love for her cherished family. She is preceded in death by her father, Lesly Lowe, mother, Clara Hayes, daughter, Melinda George, first husband, Frank George, her brothers, sisters, and many close friends up in heaven. 

 

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted family, including her husband Joe Wallace; Brother Bob (Lana) Rosine, and their children and grandchildren; Brother Richard (Star) Lowe, and their children; Brother in law Charles Wallace and Sister in law Mildred Aldridge; Son Frankie (Melanie) George, son Dalton, granddaughter Aubrey, and her mother Brandi George; Daughter Katonya (Carlos) Williams; Granddaughter Krystal (Matt) Hethcoat 5 Step Children: Joe Sanders his 8 children and 9 grandchildren, Tommy Sanders his 7 children and 4 grandchildren, Ray (Anna) Wallace their 2 children and 2 grandchildren, Carol (Donald) Evans and their 4 children and 2 grandchildren, Janelle(Miguel) Viana and their 5 children. Her “adopted” great-granddaughter Bree and her parents Bill Jr and Melanie Campbell Plus close family friend Darby Carr.

 

Her warmth and nurturing nature will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Linda’s life was a testament to the love and care she bestowed on her family and friends. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. Linda’s family and friends are grateful for the time they had with her: her cherished children, adored grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, were the lights of her life. Linda will be deeply missed by her siblings, children , grandchildren and great grandchildren including a multitude of nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom were fortunate to experience her boundless love and strong spirit.

    I worked with Linda for many years at Southport. She was a great supervisor, very kind and funny… She was a wonderful person. She also lived down the street from me. She was a wonderful person. RIP Linda…
