Lisa Martinez, 21, of Ocala, FL, passed away September 20, 2014. She is survived by her mother, Giselle Velez, and three brothers, Peter Martinez, Luke Medina and Joshua Medina, all of Ocala. A memorial ceremony will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1831 SE 18th Ave, Ocala, FL 34471.
