LORETTA MAE LOCKE, 87 of Bonita Springs, Florida died peacefully at home on Sunday, October 6, 2019. Loretta was born on July 26, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to the late John and Lily Frieda Turple. Loretta is survived by her daughter, Lorna Locke Duffee and husband Jack of Bonita Springs, Florida, Timothy John Locke and his wife, Sheila Broadway of Eufaula, Alabama, Steven Alvin Locke and wife Rose of Manistee, Michigan, and daughter-in-law, Ruby Digby, widow of Loretta’s late son, Raymond Locke, her sister, Alice States, her brothers Curt Bork and wife Betsy, Dick Ross, and wife Judy, Bill Ross and wife Gloria and Bob Jones and wife Lou. Loretta is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, William Raymond (Bill) Locke, Sr. and her son, William Raymond Locke, Jr. Loretta lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures and spending time with family. She is loved by all and will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Loretta’s life will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 123 E. Livingston St., Orlando, Florida. Family, friends, and others whose lives Loretta touched are invited to attend.
