Obituary
Louis Frederick DeBiasio, 105, was taken by God on November 22, 2020. He was born on the family farm in Creekside, PA; son of the late Rosalina and Angelo DeBiasio. At the age of 14 Louis moved with his family to Clifton, NJ. Louis in his early years worked on his family farm in Creekside, PA and Clifton, NJ, at the age of 18 got a job with his father in a machine shop at National Rubber. In 1943 he was called to serve in WWII and enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He served in the Pacific until the war ended in 1945. After the war he met his wife Helen in Clifton NJ, they built their home and started their family in Lincoln Park, NJ. They had two sons Michael and Gary. Louis loved to hunt and fish. Humble and selfless, he got pleasure helping friends and neighbors in need. Lou was a great father and was always involved with his sons taking them hunting or fishing or playing sports. He was a great provider for his family working two jobs to ensure a good quality of life. Louis was one of those rare people that never complained about any aches and pains or his situations in life. He just worked hard and did what he had to do. In 1980, Lou and Helen retired and moved to Shohola, PA where he loved hunting and gardening. In 2012, Helen and Lou moved back to NJ to live with their son Michael and Doreen and in 2018, they all moved to New Smyrna Beach, FL. Besides his parents, Louis is predeceased by 4 siblings. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Helen; sons, Michael, and Gary; daughter in law, Doreen; grandchildren, Meghan and Nicholas and sister, Olga Schott. Services will be announced at a later date.
