    To the family of Lou Picard...
    Lou's passing is such a shock to all of us at St. Rita's Church in Oakland Beach, Rhode Island. Memories of our friend, Lou, along with our prayers will be hers in our daily Rosary. Lou's great spirit and love of St. Rita's resides in this church family forever. Our love and prayers to Moe, as you are in our thoughts.
