In Loving Memory of Lucy Wilson.
Belleview – Lucy Wilson, 89, born in Miami, FL on October 23, 1931, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021. She moved to Belleview with her late husband, Robert Wilson in 1978 and was a member of Sunset Harbor Baptist Church.
In addition to her late husband she was predeceased by her first husband – Frank Cotton, Sr., half-brother – Jack Plank, granddaughter – Connie Brookins and grandson – Jason Cotton.
She is survived by her loving children: daughter – Judy Brookins/husband Daniel, son – Frank Cotton, Jr.,/wife Shirley, step-daughter – Martha Wilson, 5 grandchildren; Sharron Brookins/husband Jean-Nil, Kevin Cotton/wife Cristy, Laura Townsend/husband Ryan, Michael and Matthew Chism, 11great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, a sister Jewell Mobley plus neices and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Sunset Harbor Baptist Church. Wearing of a mask is requested by the family.
Interment will be in Dade Memorial Cemetery in Miami, Florida on Tuesday, November 2, at 2:00PM.
If a memorial donation is preferred in lieu of flowers, may we suggest Sunset Harbor Building Fund or Samaritan’s Purse.
