He never complained about being in any pain and we could see he was in a lot of pain but Luis would say I’ll be okay.
The only time he requested anything from Olga was to please not to let him die in that horrible nursing home in Brooklyn.
When we told him that we were moving to Florida he stated that we would forget about him.
I wish everyone could have seen his face when we walked into his room and told him to pack up. He stated you came back for me, he was so happy that day.
When we got him her to Florida the medical staff in the nursing home realized that he was so sick that he ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks and he was okay with that because he said the really like the food.
Olga and I would take him out for the day at times and the first time he was like what happen to all of the tall buildings and we laughed but we then realized he had no idea where he was.
Olga would be working so I would accompany him to his medical appointments and take him for a haircut.
Even though he did not raise his daughter Olga, we both took on the responsibility of Luis I must thank him because without him I would not have the wife that I have.
Luis you Maybe Gone from us but you Will Not be Forgotten. May God Bless You.
( luisito) I know how much this loss hurts deep in your heart but understand he's now at peace and no more pain!!! Rest easy pops ....
With much love,
Donna and Richie
