I met Lynn 10 years ago when she joined us at Cohen, Smith & Co. I knew her to be a very dedicated worker and a very generous kind-hearted person. She was a very honest, sincere woman who loved her son with all her heart. She also had the biggest heart when it came to rescuing cats. It became her passion to help a homeless cat get healthy and always have something to eat. I will truly miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with Tommy and her entire family. Rest in peace Lynn.

Working with Lynn over the last 8 years has been a wonderful experience that I will treasure always. I've enjoyed getting to know Lynn, and have always appreciated her integrity, diligence, and commitment to her profession. She was one of a kind, we have lost a great hearted, caring, intelligent, and determined woman & mother.
We miss her dearly and are so saddened by her passing. Her family is in our prayers.

As a client of Cohen Smith, I knew Lynn for the past ten years. In all that time, I never actually met her, only through phone conversations did I come to know her. Kind, considerate, generous with her time, knowledgable and hard working are words I would use to describe Lynn. I feel very blessed to have known her. She always had a way to make me feel like the most important client she had. I bet a lot of folks would say that about her. I pray for her family and co-workers during this time.

I can still recall speaking to Lynn some 10 years ago when she accepted an accountant position with our CPA firm. She was confident in her abilities and eager to learn more---a perfect fit for our team.
Over the ensuing 10 years, Lynn worked diligently to support her clients accounting and tax needs, and was always ready to "go the extra mile" to see projects thru. During this time, Lynn attended UCF completing her five-year Masters in Accounting and subsequently passing the CPA exam. No small feat considering the daily demands of her regular position.
Lynn will be sorely missed by me and all of us at Cohen, Smith & Company. From the beginning, Lynn has been an integral part of our team, often receiving the toughest assignments, which she relished and accomplished with perseverance and dedication. God speed, Lynn.

My best friend, my baby sister, I miss you so much. Everyday I want to call you I think of something I want to talk with you about something I want to ask, so many things that you would be able to give your advise or answers to my endless questions, answers I will not be able to get any more. I am lost without you. You have been there for me though every part of my life I love you. I hope you are happy to be with Dad and I will try to take care of things for you here though I can't hope to do as well as you did. Goodnight my dear sis
