Lynn Marie Anderson AKA "Crazy Cat Lady," 46, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Florida Hospital of DeLand. She was born April 19, 1967 in Barre, Vermont to Raymond J. and Gladys E. Anderson. Lynn loved people and especially her family. Her favorite holiday was Thanksgiving when she would cook up a feast and have the entire family at her home. She initiated a weekly family game night, bringing family together and tons of food. She would do anything to help people, always putting others ahead of herself. She had a passion for cats that lead to her actively rescue strays. She saw to their medical needs and tried to find them forever homes.
Lynn was a 1985 DeLand High School graduate. After high school, she attended DBCC. She studied accounting and business administration. She later graduated from UCF with a Master's in Accountancy, and became a CPA by passing the strenuous licensing exam.
She was preceded by her loving father Raymond. She is survived by her son, Thomas "Tommy" Anderson, her mother Gladys, her brother Raymond "Jr" of DeLand; her sisters Alice Carboni of Astatula, Susan Nobles of Naples, and brother George Anderson of Lake Helen, all of Florida, and sister Louise Klock of Utah; numerous nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to any cat rescue facility.
Service: Both Lynn and her father, Raymond, will be interred at Hope Cemetery, Barre, Vermont on Saturday, July 27th, 2013.

We miss her dearly and are so saddened by her passing. Her family is in our prayers.
Over the ensuing 10 years, Lynn worked diligently to support her clients accounting and tax needs, and was always ready to "go the extra mile" to see projects thru. During this time, Lynn attended UCF completing her five-year Masters in Accounting and subsequently passing the CPA exam. No small feat considering the daily demands of her regular position.
Lynn will be sorely missed by me and all of us at Cohen, Smith & Company. From the beginning, Lynn has been an integral part of our team, often receiving the toughest assignments, which she relished and accomplished with perseverance and dedication. God speed, Lynn.
