Family get-togethers will never be the same without Aunt Peg's smile, warmth, and love. But the memories she created will last all of our life times. Aunt Peg, you will be greatly missed. (Remember the jello mold everyone.)
An unexpected bonus of marrying into the Gannon family has been the extended family I have grown to know & love. Aunt Peg always had a smile for us and made us smile with her joy for life and caring for others. We will cherish our memories of her and hope to be able to carry on her values, especially her love of family and her service to church, her profession & her community. We will miss you and pray that you are at peace.

    Tom Pineros Shields says:
    Dear Robert and family,

We are praying for you in this time of loss. Peggy's life was a gift to all of us, and we were blessed to share in the joyful glow that she shined upon us. I remember Peggy's kindness to my brother and cousins and me as children at the house on Long Island and the parties in the back yard. I have a fuzzy memory of Peggy giving me a band-aid or taking care of a bee sting, and my mother saying "she's a nurse too" - because she also knew that nurses make the world feel better.
