The Goldenrod Historical Society would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to you on the passing of your mother, Margaret Moran. Margaret spent many hours helping to set up our museum when it first opened. She was also instrumental in getting the Department of Transportation to plant the trees in the mediums along Aloma Avenue after the road was widened to four lanes. She also helped plan the first Goldenrod Parade to help the shop owners, of which she was one, which is now celebrating it's 37th year. We at the Goldenrod Historical Society have many good memories of your mother and are grateful for the time she was active in our community. Please let us know if there is going to be a service or memorial for your mother.
