Grandma, I am still in shock that you are gone. I just assumed you were going to live forever. Unlike Amy's profession, I cannot say you ever supported the Medical field... I got a lot of gripe from you but I knew you believed in me and what I could do. You were an amazing lady, someone I have always admired and valued feedback from. Thank you for making such an positive impact in our lives. I miss you and I miss hearing, "What do you want?" when I called. Love you dearly, Tigger

Grandma I miss you so much already. I have never known a day that you were not there until this 4th of July. I have so many memories of growing up with you but perhaps what I will remember most is your steady resolve to always be there. Whether it was taking such a strong interest in anything I was pursuing or simply making those yummy sandwiches for a deep sea fishing trip that I was going on with grandpa. Your influence and legacy will live on in us, our kids, and their kids. Give grandpa a big hug for me. Love Jr.

The void you and Dad left in my heart is huge. You and Dad knew me first and the longest..I will miss our talks, your support and guidance. The memories I have of my childhood and later with you give me such comfort. Know that you and dad are missed and thought about every single day.

I’ve picked up the phone many times to call you… and then realize I cannot anymore. This saddens me so! So… I may look crazy… I either talk out loud to you, or I say it in my mind. I always think of the good times, I learned so much from you. Thank you for always supporting me and my family. You were there for my Air Force basic graduation… you are one of the reasons that I have hung in there 19 years. Thank you for supporting me throughout the years. I could always count on you to tell me the truth… even when I did not want to hear it. Thank you for supporting my family, and thank you for always supporting the military! I smiled this past weekend when I looked in your window and you had a Proud Air Force Grandparent sticker there… Thank you for that. I will miss you Grandma. I know you are at peace with Grandpa now. Keep looking over us! Our love Always… Amy Whitson and family

I am what I am because of you. Maybe that is good, maybe that is not so good. But you were loved by so many and for so long. You will always be missed and I will always talk with you. I know daddy was glad to see you and I know you were able to SEE him. Love you momma, and miss you desperately.

I have many fond memories of Peggy and was saddened to learn of her death. However, she loved life and lived it to the fullest. She loved her family, appreciated her friends, loved her years as a school bus driver and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. God bless you Peggy!
