Marianne Angelika Poulson, 70, of Summerfield, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2023, surrounded by loved ones at her home. She was born on August 6, 1952, in Berlin Germany to Harry and Irmgard Schwarz. A German native she grew up in Berlin and attended the Georg-Von-Giesche-Higher Learning School where she excelled in all her studies.
After completing her schooling, she worked various jobs such as A Food Stand Manager and in a Kuckoo Clock Shop helping with sales and repairs. During this time, she was raising 3 beautiful children as a single parent. She married the love of her life Emray Franklin Poulson Jr on January 2, 1982, in Reno, Nevada.
Having been a military spouse Marianne traveled all over the world until her husband’s retirement from military service where they decided to settle in Woodbridge, Virginia in 1994. This is where Marianne found her true passion and successfully established her own in-house daycare center that she ran for many years. Finally in 2013 Marianne and her husband both retired and decided to move to settle in Florida to start the next chapter on their lives. While she enjoyed living the retired life Marianne kept herself extremely busy with her hobbies such as shopping, traveling, dancing, swimming, and interior decorating. She became so creative and artistic that she enjoyed going thrift shopping and would find items and restore or repurpose them that she would do various DIY projects around her home.
