Obituary
Mario E. Colapelle, 90, of Ocala, FL passed away September 22, 2019. He was born in Barisciano, Italy to Angelo and Natalina (Maurizio) Colapelle. He came to this area in 1998 from Las Vegas, NV. Mario was a US Army Veteran, retired electrician, who worked at the Nevada Test Site a large part of his career and was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. He was also a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the Sons of Italy and enjoyed fishing, bowling, gardening and sports, especially baseball and football. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Anna; children, Natalie Snodgrass (Gregory) of Gainesville, FL, Teresa Rombola (Ted Koukoulis) of Winter Haven, FL, Pamela Wages of Ocala and Mario Colapelle II of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Rena Myers of Ohio; grandchildren, Christa Morris, Joshua Snodgrass, Bobby Rombola, Angela Rombola and Anna Rombola; great grandchildren, Evelyn and Margaret. A Funeral Mass will be held at Queen of Peace Catholic Church (64554 SW SR 200 Ocala, FL) on Friday, Sept 27th at 8:30AM.
