Mary Ann V. Burger, 66, of New Smyrna Beach died Monday, October 26, 2009 with her family by her side. Mary Ann was born March 8, 1943 in Lorain, Ohio. She worked for many years at The Morning Journal newspaper in Lorain as an Advertising Supervisor. She was an avid Cleveland fan of the Browns and Indians and enjoyed camping and reading. Mary Ann has been a winter resident of New Smyrna Beach for the past 5 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, John; son, David and his wife, Carri; two granddaughters, Ashley and Kayla Burger; sister, Jane Pope and brother, Joseph Stumphauzer.
