Obituary

Mary Alice Bruce, age 68 of Estero, Florida, passed away December 11, 2024 at home. She was born August 28, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan to James and Leona Bruce.

Mary was a Realtor with Premier Plus Realty for many years and enjoyed her job helping past and present clients find a new home. She volunteered her time for several charities close to her heart. She loved visiting the casino, going on cruises and traveling in general.

Mary will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laugh and love for animals. She left a lasting impression on everyone she met which lead to many enduring friendships.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Laurie Bruce; nieces Sarah Bruce-Damore, Katie (Jon) VanBrocklin, Emily (Richard) Schlanderer, and Jenny (Benjamin) Foster; great niece/nephews Alice, Jon, Richard, Harrison and Jack; and many loving friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Richard, Robert, Suzanne and Thomas.

    Mary, you will be missed for sure. Always looked for you in church. We worked well together in Premiere Plus Realty and any time you were out of town I always was glad to help your clients and follow up with them so you got the credit and commission. You left us way too early.
