Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mary Beth Hunter, a beloved wife, mother, friend, and grandmother. Mary Beth left this world unexpectedly but in the company of her loving family.

Mary Beth was a remarkable woman, beautiful and intelligent, whose love for her family was unmatched. She cherished every moment spent with her husband of over 37 years, Craig Hunter. Together, they built a life filled with love and joy, raising four wonderful children: Ashley, Steven, Mickey, and Christopher. Her children were the light of her life, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness.

Mary Beth had a passion for the simple joys in life. She loved the beach, where she found serenity and peace. A lifelong fan of Disney, she often shared magical moments with her family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.  Anyone who knew her, knew she cherished and deeply loved her golden retrievers: Quincy, McKinley, Madison, and Cinnamon.

As a grandmother, Mary Beth’s heart was filled with joy and pride. She was a proud grandmother to her four grandchildren: Jackson (6), Scarlett (4), Jemma (3), and Lucy (2).

Mary Beth’s beauty and intelligence were evident in everything she did. She had a warm and kind spirit that touched everyone she met. Her legacy of love, kindness, and strength will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Mary Beth will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. While we mourn her loss, we also celebrate her life and the indelible mark she left on our hearts.

A memorial service will be held to honor Mary Beth’s memory on Saturday, July 20th. If you would like to contribute, flowers sent to Calvary Catholic Cemetery (5233 118th Ave N, Clearwater FL 33760) are welcomed. Donations can also be made to the Hunter family’s funeral expenses, as a gesture of support and appreciation.

Rest in peace, Mary Beth.
